Two bedrooms are situated in the second poolside pavilion with a few stairs leading down to a second breezy patio set with a Moroccan fountain; two more bedrooms/bath suites and an air-conditioned billiard room with two single daybeds, wet bar and full bath adjoin. Located above the master bedroom pavilion via a staircase the breezy Sun Room offers spectacular long-distance views of the pool courtyard and miles beyond to the horizon through its open arches. This is a great place to get away and get a nice view of all of the fun from above. Seating banquettes are overflowing with colorful, plush cushions from which to enjoy sunsets and cocktails. The screening room, perhaps the only one on St. John, features a 55-inch LED-HD screen and a lavish and varied collection of movies on laser discs, DVDs and videos. Boutique Villa Guest Bonuses – complimentary airport transfers and rental car drop-offs

One complimentary round trip transfer included from the St. Thomas Airport to the National Park Dock in Cruz Bay.  A private air-conditioned taxi van with a professional driver will meet your incoming flight at the St. Thomas airport (or at any other pre-arranged location on St. Thomas), and drive you in air-conditioned comfort to the Water Taxi dock in Red Hook on St. Thomas, where a private water taxi will take you directly to St. John's National Park dock. There you will be met by the Estate Manager in a private customized Tundra safari wagon; he will assist you with your rental vehicles (if we have not already arranged for your rental cars to be at the villa), and will escort you to and get you settled. Only one transfer over to St. John and back to St. Thomas's airport is included; should your group have multiple arrivals, additional transfers can be arranged, well in advance, at your expense. (PLEASE NOTE that your arrival information is required at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival, in order to ensure that these high-demand transfer services can be reserved and provided to you).
